When will my order actually ship?
Live plants ship in the spring and fall planting windows — the moment they establish best in your zone. Your order confirmation states the expected window, and we email before anything ships.
Why don't you ship immediately, year-round?
Because plants shipped at the wrong time die. Reserving now and shipping in-season is how a 90%+ establishment rate happens — it protects your investment, not our convenience.
How are the roots protected?
Bare-root plants ship dormant with roots wrapped in moisture-holding material; pot-ready plants ship secured in their containers. Every box includes planting guidance.
Do you ship to my province?
We ship across Canada. Check each plant's hardiness range (or use the Zone Finder) to make sure it thrives where you live.
What if my plants arrive damaged?
They're covered by our live arrival guarantee — photograph the box and plants on arrival day and contact us. We'll make it right.
